As England fall out of the World Cup yet again...
…I propose that anyone being considered for the position of ‘England Player’ will need to be able to proove their mettle by scoring penalties at an interview. No goal, no joining the team. Also, next time, I want a real brazen patriot as manager. Someone who will give the team a bit of a kick up the arse and a burning belief in playing to win. As opposed to a damp cloth belief in ‘trying is as good as winning’ defensive play.
