Hello again. Finally.

Hi there. It’s been a week since the last update, my apologies for that. I’ve been busy at work, and as such I’ve been even more reluctant to sit at the PC once I get home.
This week I bought myself two new books with which to educate myself. I’ve decided Flash does in fact have it’s place on the Internet, so I’ve got myself Macromedia Flash MX 2004 Actionscript: Training from the Source to teach me the good stuff. Seems a good book so far, though I’m only one exercise in. The other book is the NLP: Workbook by Joseph O’Connor. I bought it after downloading the PDF and deciding it was worth getting in ‘real book’ format. Never let people tell you file-sharing apps are all bad. I’ve bought more music and books since dabbling with such applications than ever before. It takes the risk out of buying because you can see/hear exactly what you are thinking about buying before you buy it. It’s like being able to test drive a car before you part with the money. If you don’t like it, you don’t buy it.

Yesterday was Gemma’s 21st Birthday celebration, at Charly Bassets no less. It was a fun night but I’ve no photo’s to share owing to not taking my camera. Sadly you shall not get to see Chris shaking his booty while chatting up the barmaid, nor Dawson’s ‘hard as nails’ facing up to Pies - both of which were highly amusing.
Instead on the photo front I offer you what is my contribution to the From A Mouth forum thread entitled ‘f*** Joe up!’ where the aim is to take one of a variety of photo’s of Joe, our resident forum Pope, and plaster his mug onto any other picture you like. My offering was to place his face onto some photo’s from the self-portrait thread and one from the ‘candid photography’ thread. The results are a little scary. smiley icon: laugh
