Karova Host website wins accessibility award

I’m very pleased to find out that our recently deployed Karova Host website has received an award for its accessibility and design.

There are areas pointed out for improvement, which is a brilliant opportunity to learn. I did not know that using headings rather than legends had an impact on form read-outs in screen readers. I’d used them to avoid the styling issues inherent with legend elements, but will be reverting back to them after discovering this problem. I’m looking forward to honing the accessibility features on the upcoming karova.com redesign!
