Yes, they (the store refusing returns of opened DVDs on ‘copyright’ grounds) agreed, that was about the size of it.
I have to agree with Dave Shea, the state of play with DRM is stupid. All they’ve done is do themselves out of a $90 sale. When will companies learn that DRM is harming no one other than honest people and themselves?
