WindowsXP Theme 'Royale Noir'

Royale Noir is a ‘hidden’ WindowsXP theme, that actually looks nice! Certainly far better than the default ‘Luna’ theme. Royale is based on the Windows Media Center skin, and is a Windows native theme - so it won’t mess anything up. Try it, I think you’ll like it.
