Hmm, I'll give them an 'A' for the concept, but a D- for execution.

At work I can only get as far as creating a PIN, and after that it dies with an 'Unknown Error' warning prompt. At home it installs but nothing appears in my browser, and I can't actually set the thing up - because there's no way to get to a 'set up' option.
