Windows Taskbar Shuffle

At last! Why this functionality isn’t native I do not know. Drag and drop re-ordering of open folders and programs in the task bar.

    I Love this program (I'm currently using it on my work PC) and have to agree it should be native within windows.

    Alas it appears not to work with Windows XP x64, like so many other programs I've come across.
